BULLYING UNFILTERED

Bullying is real. Silence make it easier to hide.

It's time to talk about what's really happening.

────────

AWARENESS · SUPPORT · PREVENTION

It isn’t “just a joke.”
It isn’t “just how the team works.”
It isn’t something people should simply learn to tolerate.

Bullying can happen anywhere — in the workplace, at school, in sport, and within communities. It does not always look obvious. Sometimes it appears through repeated humiliation, exclusion, intimidation, misuse of power, or behaviour that has simply become accepted as “normal.”

Sometimes it doesn’t look like bullying.

────────

"We’re only joking.”

“You’re too sensitive.”

“That’s how it is here.”

“Everyone else seems fine.”

“Toughen up.”

“Don’t make this into a problem.”

When harmful behaviour becomes part of the culture, it can become difficult to recognize — especially from inside it.

It’s time to see it for what it is.
